Part-time engineering talent works with your startup for a defined number of hours each week. Depending on the problem, that may be a mid-level, senior, or lead developer who helps your team ship features, fix bugs, improve architecture, or clear technical debt without a full-time commitment.

Our packages are $2.5K/month for mid-level coverage and $5K/month for senior coverage, both at 4 hours per working day. The managed package starts at $4K/month, where we take the backlog, assign the right engineers, and QA every feature before it ships.

With the mid-level and senior packages you direct the engineer yourself. With the managed package you share the backlog with us: we triage and assign tasks across vetted engineers and run QA on features and flows, so you review working software instead of managing people.

Our engineering talent is primarily based in Southeast Asia. The network includes people with experience at unicorn and decacorn companies, as well as engineers who have shipped products at early-stage startups. Backgrounds vary by person, and we introduce each candidate's experience directly during the interview. Working hours can flex between 8AM and 10PM GMT+7 when both teams agree on a schedule.

We can match you with a senior engineer within 48 hours. After a quick onboarding call, your engineer can start shipping code the same week.

All packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties. The mid-level and senior packages run 4 hours per working day; the managed package is task-based and scoped to your backlog.
